Department of Public Safety Issues New Licence to Robert Everhart

Robert Everhart was able to change the name on his licence this morning at the DMV in Pascagoula. The Department of Public Safety has made it clear that they will permit men to change thier name after marriage in the same way that women are permitted to change thier licence.
