STRATEGIC PLAN GOALS 2021 - 2025

A strategic plan acts like a road map to identify the route to take to get where we want to go – the vision for a better future. It also serves to help coordinate our work, make efforts more effective, and is an important reminder to stay true to our values. It also allows the organization to be more accountable and transparent to the community, supporters, and members.

Our 2021 - 2025 Strategic Priorities:

• Voters rights and political participation
• Equality and equity
• Immigrant rights and immigration reform
• Criminal justice reform
• Organizational endurance

The below strategic plan will be implemented to help guide the actions of the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and staff. This means it must remain integrated into the annual planning, decision making, and reporting of the ACLU-MS’s governance.
